WWF China Annual Report 2009

In 2009, our big conservation wins ranged from the publication of the groundbreaking Yangtze Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment, increasing government support for our unique Low Carbon City Initiative, and a substantial enlargement of FSC-certified forests across China.

Even with the challenging global economic climate, the Chinese public and businesses across the country stood up in support of our living planet. China's awareness of the environment is rapidly developing. It's an irreplaceable asset, and protecting it will ensure a prosperous future.
