Corporate Relations Senior Officer (Beijing)

Function: 
The primary duties of this position is to implement DCE’s strategies and activity plans on the BAS (Business Alliance for Sustainability) corporate membership project in Beijing as well as other priority regions of China. The Senior Officer will also support DCE’s corporate engagement activities and take all opportunities to enhance WWF’s image among the business community. 
 
Main Responsibilities:
Collect market information and support the Supervisor in the formulation of market expansion strategies and business development action plans for BAS corporate membership.  
Develop and maintain corporate database for engagement.  Implement action plans in Beijing/Tianjin areas and provide support to other priority regions of China.
Maintain records and file MOUs/contracts with BAS client/service providers/partners.
Plan, execute and supervise promptness and quality of deliverables by WWF and third-party partner(s) to BAS members, including: implementation of Green Office in members’ premises; corporate field visits and staff engagement activities; member networking events.
Support DCE’s corporate engagement activities, including: coordinate corporate events; prepare communication and presentation materials for business meetings; develop proposals with conservation program teams for potential corporate donors; monthly Pipeline Report update; regular update of corporate marketing material; preparation of the bi-annual corporate newsletter.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
 
Qualification:
University degree required; graduate degree is a plus.
Above 5 years of sales, marketing or BD experience, preferably in multinational environment.
Extensive knowledge and experiences on fund raising in environment protection, CSR or sustainability area is advantageous.
Excellent communicator, strong work ethic, the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and strong desire to succeed
Detail-focused, enthusiastic, ambitious and self-motivated.
Strong business knowledge, professional presentation skills and exceptional problem solving abilities. 
Frequent travelling is required, willing to travel about 25% of the time depending on amount of field activities for partners/donors.
Computer experience in Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
